Machineshop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the machine shop team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Operate and maintain various machinery used in the joinery production process.
- Monitor the quality of finished products and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and project management, to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
- Train and mentor machine shop personnel to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain inventory of machine shop supplies and coordinate with procurement when required.
- Continuously optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE's joinery industry, with a significant focus on machine shop operations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a joinery workshop.
- Extensive knowledge of various machinery used in the joinery production process.
- Strong understanding of joinery materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
