Sales Executive will be responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide interior Fitout services.
- Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting suppliers & consultants, and generally opening the door for the company technical teams to develop proposals for work as well as attending industry functions, and organizing marketing events.
- Securing and closing new fitout contracts with assigned target markets in Dubai.
- Follow-up on new Projects/business opportunities coming up covering the complete the UAE market
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline inclusive of a private villa and other construction projects.
- Must identify, develop and maintain relationships with Consultants, Contractors & Joineries to pursue sales leads, promote products, and conclude orders.
- To work towards the achievement of sound, sustainable and exponential growth in business with a view to retaining the position of a market leader in the relevant segment.
- To identify key influencers and decision-makers amongst the customers and develop an action plan to further strengthen the relationships.
- To acquire a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and propose the right solutions for each requirement
- To acquire comprehensive knowledge of furniture fitting products and solutions to establish new business opportunities.
- To be able to read and understand architectural drawings/installation instructions, as required for the job.
- To understand the price structures clearly and correctly in order to be able to bid/offer to outplay the competition while simultaneously meeting the gross profit expectations of the company.
- To possess the ability to resolve all issues and problems faced by the customers and to deal with their complaints and suggestions in a manner to retain the customer’s trust and loyalty.
- To prepare and submit regular reports on the progress achieved in the sales and marketing effort.
- To play the role of a responsible contact between the customer and the company’s internal support teams.
- New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals.
- Job costing, tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation.
- Sales Executive is involved in both strategic planning & day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with min. 2 yrs. of sales exp. in UAE
- Proven Sales experience within Fitout industry in UAE preferred.
- Solid awareness of Fitout service guidelines, asset and cost management.
- UAE Driver’s License

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- business development executive: 2 years (preferred)
- related: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE driving licence (required)
