Responsibilities for plasterer
- Minimise disruption, mess and dust to the customers home and possessions and leave in a clean and tidy condition using cleaning materials and equipment as necessary
- Coordinate and direct work of construction laborers
- Smooth surface and corners, using float and angle float
- Construct wooden or wire mesh mold to form ornamental castings for cornices and trim
- Create decorative textures in finish coat by marking it with brush and trowel or by spattering it with small stones
- Spray lath surface with water to insure adhesion of plaster to lath
- Roughen undercoat with scratcher to provide bond for succeeding coats of plaster
- Participate in the mixing, troweling, and curing of plaster

Responsibilities for Block Mason
- in-depth knowledge and expertise in various masonry techniques, including bricklaying, blocklaying, and stonework.
- Strong attention to detail and precision when measuring, cutting, and aligning materials to ensure accurate and high-quality construction.
- Excellent physical strength and stamina to withstand the physically demanding nature of the job, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Effective verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members, interpret project specifications, and communicate any issues or challenges that arise.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently complete projects without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, offering effective solutions.
- Deep commitment to safety protocols and the ability to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on the construction site.

Qualification:
2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN UAE WITH THE SAME FEILD
