Job Description:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage and maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for executives.
- Screen and direct incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- echnical and hard skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal qualities and physical abilities: Professional and well-presented with a positive attitude.
