- ** Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to ensure effective use of resources.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-project evaluations, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for process enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare digitalization projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
