We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic branding/creative agency. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of branding and creative projects for our clients. This position requires excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project objectives, scope, timelines, and budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
4. Track project progress, manage deadlines, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
6. Allocate and manage resources, such as designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
7. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
8. Develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs based on client requirements.
9. Conduct thorough quality checks for branding materials, design assets, and other creative outputs before presenting them to clients.
10. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project-related documentation.
11. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting effective teamwork and communication among team members.
12. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance project coordination and overall agency efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business) or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in a branding/creative agency.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency in creative deliverables.
6. Proficient in project management tools and software.
7. Knowledge of branding and creative processes, including design, copywriting, and marketing.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and address project-related challenges.
