**We are looking for a skilled denter to join our team in the Bodyshop Department.** This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with proven automotive and customer service experience.

**Your role**
- Repairing vehicles per dealer/distributor standards, within a flat rate time.
- Ensuring that the assigned body repair jobs are executed in line with standard operational procedures and specifications of TMC & Distributor, timing, and housekeeping standards so that overall objectives in terms of productivity and quality are being met or exceeded.
- Advising management before fitting any major body parts outside the norm for routine servicing/repair.
- Obtaining technical information from the Body Shop Foreman on problem jobs.
- Adhering strictly to technical specifications as laid down by manufacturer, or as instructed by management.
- Note the description of all work performed on the back of the repair order if required.
- Tagging all warranty replaced body parts according to laid down rules and handing to the Warranty or Parts Department.
- Ensuring time started and completed are entered on the Repair Order.
- Possessing a complete set of tools, as per distributor requirements, and maintaining in good working order.
- Accepting responsibility for supporting apprentices/helpers via training/explanation/ practice, the necessary skills required to perform the job correctly, and thereafter inspect/monitor the work and rectify any problems.
- Placing all replaced body parts in the proper location and disposing of all waste materials appropriately.

Qualifications**:Minimum Qualification - S.S.C./Trade Certificate/Vocational Training.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a major automotive manufacturer or dealership/agency as a Denter.
- Multi brand cars/trucks experience with minimun of 5 years.
- Ability to assist Foreman/Service Advisor on proper repair order write-up.
- Ability to perform accurate diagnosis and repair procedures.
- Ability to write repair estimate report.
- Capability to follow the system of quality control inspection in order to prevent or correct faulty workmanship which falls below standard.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English - verbal and written.
- Strong team player.
