**Overview**:
As a Lead Carpenter/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating carpentry projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of carpenters and ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive carpentry experience, and the ability to manage both people and projects effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
- Develop detailed project plans, including materials, labor, and timelines, and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address issues or concerns, and provide feedback and training as needed.
- **Carpentry Work**:

- Perform skilled carpentry work, including framing, installing doors and windows, building cabinetry, and other related tasks, as needed.
- Ensure that all carpentry work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Address any deficiencies or issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Materials Management**:

- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment needed for carpentry projects.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all materials are used efficiently and effectively.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and provide safety training to team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least **[5 years in UAE Region**] of experience in residential or commercial carpentry.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by project demands.
