Meapac Planner

**Job Responsibilities
- Timely scheduling of orders to drive sales and order execution.
- Drive on-time delivery to customers
- Review of backlog and planning the release of the orders as per the customer requested date
- Assist Parts & QS Manager with the POR review & planning
- Planning and prioritizing orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determining parts needed to achieve customer order/demand
- Scheduling of orders for picking, packing, and shipping to the customers
- Liaise with Purchasing Team to review the open POs and plan the orders accordingly
- Liaise with Stores, & Quality for inspection and stocking of parts
- Liaise with Logistics team for on time shipping of the orders
- Monitor order execution team from Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality and Shipping to achieve overall sales target and overall service level goal.
- Provide information on the status of MEAPAC orders / progress to Customers / LBP.
- Interface and communicate with Customer Service departments at various factories or suppliers to inquire about order status and expedite as required.
- Generate and improve KPI’s for MEAPAC
- Implement Perfect Execution principles throughout the Lifecycle Services business processes
- Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by you line manager
