**Job Title**: Car Washer

**Job Summary**:
A Car Washer is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they are presentable and meet customer satisfaction. This role involves washing the exterior, vacuuming and cleaning the interior, and performing basic maintenance tasks to keep vehicles in excellent condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vehicle Cleaning**:
1. Wash and clean vehicle exteriors using various cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and water hoses.

2. Dry vehicle exteriors with clean towels or air compressors to prevent water spots.

**Interior Detailing**:
1. Vacuum vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and floor mats, to remove dirt and debris.

2. Clean and polish vehicle windows, dashboards, and other interior surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.

**Maintenance and Upkeep**:
1. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and battery conditions.

2. Report any mechanical issues or damages to the supervisor for further inspection and repair.

**Customer Service**:
1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns about the car wash process.

2. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality cleaning and detailing services.

**Equipment Management**:
1. Operate car wash equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

2. Maintain and clean car wash equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and longevity.

**Quality Control**:
1. Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure thorough cleaning and attention to detail.

2. Address any areas missed or that require additional cleaning to meet quality standards.

**Safety Compliance**:
1. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

2. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to ensure safety while performing cleaning tasks.

**Inventory Management**:
1. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment as needed.

2. Maintain an organized workspace and storage area for car wash supplies.

**Team Collaboration**:
1. Work collaboratively with other car wash staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

2. Assist team members with cleaning and detailing tasks during busy periods.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment, and car wash techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Car Washers typically work outdoors or in covered car wash facilities, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
- The role may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Work hours may include weekends, holidays, and evenings, depending on the car wash's operating hours.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
