**Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the plastic and packaging industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of plastic and packaging products, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic and packaging industry.
- Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling plastic and packaging solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**:

- Monitor industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
- **Sales Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and sales pipeline.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastic and packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials, packaging products, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma in Business Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B/ B2C sales, specifically in plastic or packaging sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role may require travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate client schedules and business needs.
