Counter Salesman

We are seeking a Counter Sales Staff with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales, specifically in the area of tires, batteries & automotive accessories.

**SALES & MARKETING SKILLS**:

- Maintain the company’s sales standards with regards to the sale of tires, batteries, lubricants and associated products.
- Generate new leads and maintain an existing customer base to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Counter sales / Cash closing and accounts settlements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through with the sales process.
- Excellent Hindi & English language proficiency
- Arabic language proficiency (spoken/intermediate level) an advantage to successful hiring.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Proficient at common office productivity software.
- In house counter sales support, Quotation, SO preparation and Invoicing
- Credit customer follow ups and collection of advises (invoices, cash, cheques etc..)
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Ensure to avoid malpractices, keep the security and safety of the work environment
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
