**Role Description: Virtual PA**

As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Company Owner by providing personalized assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Company Owner's schedule and appointments.
- Leading coordination efforts as required by the Company Owner.
- Performing tasks with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Executing administrative duties with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in personal assistance and executive administrative roles.
- Background in marketing is essential.
- Previous work experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing terminology.
- Proficient in documenting minutes of meetings.
- Ability to identify tasks and follow up on action items discussed in meetings.
- Exceptional typing skills.
- Experience in diary management and clerical tasks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to adapt to and utilize various digital tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
