Zenon are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a Rotary operator based the UAE for a Training Captain on a permanent basis.
- Planning coordinating and ensuring currency of the content of aircraft training programs
- Planning and coordinating with training pilots and type
- technical pilot, where applicable, current training practices, procedures, and training materials.
- Revising and updating the Company Flight training Manuals
- In close coordination with the Director of Operations, processing pilot currency data, licensing requests and documentation as may be required.
- Liaising with training pilots with regard to flight and ground training of all flight crew members, including initial, recurrent, transition, differences, and upgrade training
- Monitoring the quality of training programs including regular audits of simulator courses and reviews against changes in regulations and best industry practices maintaining and amending the training syllabus and resource library for all flight operations training courses.
- Advising on, setting, and coordinating all strategic training goals and objectives of the organization, including the development and support of flight-oriented training programs for crews involved in flight operations.
- Selecting and supervising Company Training Captains
- Researching new training technology and outside training resource liaison.
- Integrating and maintaining in-house and third-party computer-based training (CBT) programs

Minimum Skills and Experience:

- Current EASA, UK CAA, FAA, ICAOII ATPL (H)
- Current TRI/TRE with B412TR or B212TR
- Proven experience of working within a training environment
- Excellent understanding of SMS
- Proven experience of writing and amended training manuals
