The **Head of Information Technology (IT) **will be accountable for the development of the IT strategy, architecture, policies and procedures to meet the company's current and future digital needs.
**Responsibilities:

- Develop lean IT architecture and master plan aligned with company strategy
- Create a cost-efficient IT strategy and roadmap
- Manage IT risk and participate in overall risk management
- Develop an IT capacity plan and optimize resources
- Define standards and protocols for systems architecture and data exchange
- Lead development and maintenance of IT network
- Facilitate roll-out of new systems and technologies
- Ensure timely delivery of IT services and technical support
- Establish technical environments and operational standards
- Select new IT solutions and technology partners
- Ensure vendor performance within SLAs and maintain relationships
- Enforce policies for the protection of IT assets and information integrity

**Education and Certifications:

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Systems
- Engineering is preferred
