e are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Buyer to join our Buying & Merchandising team. The Assistant Buyer will play a key role in supporting the buying process, assisting with product selection, inventory management, supplier relations, and achieving sales targets. K

- ollaborate with senior buyers to plan and execute purchasing strategies. R
- esearch and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. A
- ssist in the negotiation of contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements. M
- aintain supplier relationships, including regular communication and problem resolution. M
- onitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs. S
- upport the development and execution of seasonal buying plans. A
- ssist in the analysis of sales and inventory reports to make informed buying decisions. W
- ork with the merchandising team to ensure the timely delivery of products. C
- oordinate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to support overall company goals. E
- nsure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all purchasing activities. P
- articipate in trade shows and vendor meetings to stay current on industry trends. Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

- achelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1
- 2 years of experience in buying or retail merchandising, preferably within the [industry]. S
- trong analytical and negotiation skills. E
- xcellent communication and interpersonal abilities. P
- roficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. D
- etail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and procurement best practices
