**Breitling **stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a **Boutique Manager **to join our **#Squad.**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Business Management:

- Motivate and drive team to maximize sales and consistently achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity
- Demonstrate sales leadership - analyse the store performance and have a commercial mindset when making decisions that drive the business
- Providie customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which products would best suit their needs.
- Ensure implementation of merchandising that is personalized to potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company’s services.
- Interact with potential clients to determine their needs and interests to make appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure the client experience is memorable by showing a good understanding of their customer and their requirements.
- Provide customers with insightful and interactive product demonstrations so they can experience the product before making a purchase.
- Create an environment that encourages customers to spend time in the store and encourages them to make additional purchases.
- Provide customers with information about products and services offered by other departments e.g. after sales services, product warranty.
- Team Development:

- Manage Sales Associates through clear communication and review of objectives, priority setting and coaching to achieve boutique targets
- Ensure consistent participation and training of all sales team (High level of product knowledge & sales techniques expected)
- Proactive and close coordination with all company departments e.g. Marketing, Operations, to share details and to ensure the success of the boutique
- Client Developemnt:

- Lead the team on executing consistently 1st class customer service and after sales experiences to increase and retain customer loyalty
- Develop clients & prospects database
- Ensure the implementation, execution and measurement of company CRM initiatives through team action plans and efficient use of SalesForce.
- Capture meaningful customer data to build professional relationships and personalize future client development opportunities
- Respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and rapid manner
- Implement action plans to generate new business
- Promote brand awareness, establish store presence, and capture competitive market share through boutique events which promote high client attendance and strong sales results.

**Your profile**:

- You have minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury environment in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of luxury retail and/or consumer goods in the UAE
- You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
- You also have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- You are bilingual in English and Arabic ; any other language will be considered.
