**Job Title: Hostess cum Cashier**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hostess Duties:_

Welcome and greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover.

Maintain a neat and organized waiting area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.

Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions.

Address guest inquiries and concerns and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.

Monitor the flow of the dining room and alert servers and management when necessary.

Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to manage guest reservations and ensure timely seating.
- Cashier Duties:_

Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following established protocols.

Process payments and provide guests with receipts promptly.

Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.

Handle any discrepancies or payment issues with professionalism and discretion.

Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including organizing cash and coins.

Assist in settling bills for dine-in and takeout orders efficiently.

Upsell desserts, beverages, and other restaurant promotions during the checkout process.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the payment process.

**Qualifications**:
College Graduate or equivalent.

Proficiency in English Language and Arabic, preferred.

Previous experience in a similar hostess and cashier role is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register accurately.

Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of restaurant menus, specials, and promotions.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

**Working Hours**:
The Hostess cum Cashier position at Managish Restaurant involves flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the restaurant's needs.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
