(Temporary) Officer

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Act as a main-point-of-contact for all clients, assist them with their requests and provide satisfactory resolution to all their concerns.
- Manage the clients profile account and updating of contact details in the CRM system.
- Update clients with all necessary laws, regulations and legal frameworks pertaining to department’s services.
- Identifying and resolving standard issues and escalating these to a senior manager as appropriate.
- Ensures all contract services are managed whilst complying to the contract management plan.
- Assist in interviewing potential clients and collecting their information and details.
- Coordinate the usage of primary data and information to keep in line with emerging trends.
- Preparing new lease agreement (expansion, reduction and transfer) based on information provided in the system.
- Taking ownership of issues presented by customers (internal or external), follows-up and checks satisfactory resolution has been achieved.
- To generate standard insights, collect and evaluate data using specified tools, methodologies and formats.
- Cancelling the lease agreement of Company as per court order and processing the repossession of DAFZ properties.

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 per month
