Odoo Accontant

As a Odoo Accountant at Novaris, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial operations and providing accounting solutions using the Odoo ERP platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts of other client companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial processes within the Odoo system.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the end-to-end accounting operations for our company using the Odoo ERP system.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for our company.

Oversee the financial accounts of client companies within the Odoo ERP system, addressing their unique requirements and ensuring compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial process improvement opportunities and implement Odoo-based solutions.

Provide guidance and support to other accountants and team members regarding Odoo accounting functionalities and best practices.

Perform regular audits and reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing their accounting needs effectively.

Stay updated with industry regulations, accounting standards, and Odoo ERP updates to ensure compliance and optimal utilization of the system.

Continuously evaluate and optimize accounting workflows within Odoo, suggesting enhancements and customizations when necessary.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
2.Extensive experience as an Accountant, with a strong background in managing company accounts and client accounts using the Odoo ERP system.

3.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

4.Proficiency in utilizing Odoo accounting modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.

5.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting.

6.Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to develop innovative solutions within Odoo to address accounting challenges.

7.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

8.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

9.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.

10.Familiarity with customization and configuration of Odoo modules will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
