Our Brick & Mortars are Kababji Grill, Sushi Art, Joga, Cocotte, Rosa's Thai and Tortilla.

Our services have also expanded in 2020 beyond Brick & Mortars to include Cloud Kitchens and wide expansion in Virtual Brands. Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 8 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.

As a Kitchen Crew, you will be preparing and cooking international cuisines (Lebanese, Mexican, burgers, salad, sandwiches, etc.) You need to maintain all recipes striving to further improve your knowledge.

What you will do:

- Sustain the consistency of our recipes of our brands
- Take the full responsibility of your section by preparing the mis-en place, always maintaining the cleanliness, and supporting your team in the kitchen
- Monitors chillers temperature, expiry dates, and checklist filing
- Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the Food Hygiene and Dubai Municipality guidelines
- Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy in all food orders
- Work as per duty schedule and shift
- Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues to make sure the kitchen is set up for success
- Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards

**Requirements**:
What you will need to have:

- You must have two to three years of experience as a Kitchen Crew (Commis Chef)
- You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
- You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
- You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
- You are currently located in the UAE
