The Fleet Maintenance Planner and Insurance Coordinator is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and supervision of ISO Fleet maintenance activities in accordance with the applicable regulatory and AL procedures requirements and standards in the most efficient manner.
Customer Service and Administration
- Receive and categorize customer technical issues, complaints and troubleshooting and assign the necessary actions to the correct player for its immediate resolution.
- Provide guidance to customers about container issues and technical concerns.
- Creation and update of the fleet database including main characteristics and also all the interventions performed to the ISO fleet.
- Manage Purchase Orders and Good Return Notes in the ERP system for spare parts and outsourced maintenance services.

Work Assignment and Operational Coordination
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure that logistics, yard and workshop operations have the most updated information and can run smoothly.
- Prepares and distributes detailed work plans to subcontracted maintenance suppliers and acts as a contact, facilitator, and problem solver concerning the execution of the plan.
- Participates in the development of manpower/workforce deployment planning activities to meet plan objectives and utilize maintenance and repair resources effectively. Provides input into the formulation and delivery of mechanical training programs as required.
- Assists with the integration of new maintenance/service programs, determining performance indicators, resource estimates, reporting requirements, etc.

Maintenance planning
- Create the maintenance planning balancing the Availability Rate of the fleet and the cost of maintenance. Adapts the planning according to external factors, requests and projects.
- Ensure regulatory maintenance activities are followed based on ADR & IMDG requirements as well as monitor completion of timelines and associated tasks in close coordination with the maintenance provider.
- Forecasts and plans labor, material, supplies, facility space, time, tools and other resource requirements based on historical records, and other operational inputs.
- Prepare a budget (Target) for maintenance and follow it up.

IOT/Telemetry management
- Assures the correct functioning of the Telemetry tracking devices installed in the ISO containers.

Continuous improvement and safety
- Ensure that safety is considered when developing every job plan.
- Leads and spreads Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) among the organization.

Insurance
- Launches and follows up insurance claims for damages caused in ISO containers. Assures that all cases are closed and reimbursed in accordance with acceptable and required timeline.

Analysis
- Analyses the performance of the ISO containers based on their readings.

- Exceptional organizational skills, including a strong sense of priorities, the ability to work independently with limited supervision and the ability to pay attention to details.
- A demonstrated ability to deliver and follow-up on KPIs, work effectively and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results in a timely manner
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, applicable to all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of cryogenic equipment.
- 5 years of experience in logistics, customer service and planning
