**Job Rotation**:60/30 on-off duty

**Location**:Rig Site

**Immediate Supervisor**:Driller

**Reviewing Supervisor**:Rig Manager / Tool Pusher

**Job Summary**:The Floorman is responsible for working the rig floor during drilling operations and performing duties as needed to make rig and operation run smoothly

**Responsibilities**:Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perform manual labour around the rig.
- Manually moving equipment around the rig.
- Handling and mixing mud materials.
- Assist in the training of Roustabouts, not jeopardising the operation in hand.
- Personally responsible for own safety and conducting one’s self to the standards of Hilong Policies and Procedures
- Always keep work areas clean and make a safe working environment
- Attend and participate in all safety meeting and drills
- Be involved in the Safety Training Observation Program
- Always be aware of your surroundings and pay attention when working tongs or operating air hoists
- Always use proper lifting techniques when lifting heavy materials or items
- Always wear your Personal Protective Equipment and use other safety equipment as specified by the job
- Work safely at all times and work together as a team
- Keep a good attitude and obey the code of conduct (Respectful, Honesty, Fairness, Responsibility)
- Help as needed to keep rig running efficiently and properly
- Assist client and third parties if asked in whatever duties are needed
- Report all accidents, incidents, near misses to direct supervisor and assist in investigation
- If not sure on how to do something properly, ask for help and guidance
- Always watch out for your fellow crewmembers and correct them if you see them doing something incorrectly
- Keep all rig and location clean and organized at all times
- Do whatever is asked of you to the best of your ability.
- Complete all HSE trainings as regard to role and responsibilities

**Job Specifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- One year of experience as roustabout.
- Relevant Certification.
- Comply with HSE policies and procedures.
- Complete all required training as per the Training Matrix.
- Complete Competence system Scheme within 12 months of being assigned.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous Experience as floorman on similar rigs

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
