**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the spa team, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
- Develop and implement spa protocols and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct staff training and development to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational efficiency within the spa.
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Maximum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Team Leader in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
- Fluency in **English, Arabic, Spanish, and French**.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.

- **Leadership**: Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving high performance standards.
- **Operational Management**: Efficiently manage daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
- **Guest Relations**: Exceptional skills in addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Training & Development**: Ability to train and develop team members to enhance service quality.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick and effective resolution of operational and guest-related issues.
