As an Auto Electrician/AC Mechanic in the Accessories and Promotional Items Department at DDAAB Auto Garage LLC, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and installation of electrical components and air conditioning systems in vehicles. Here’s a detailed job description:
- **Electrical System Installation**: You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in vehicles. This includes wiring, lighting, electrical accessories, entertainment systems, and security features.
- **Diagnostic Testing**: Conduct diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues in vehicles. Use specialized equipment to pinpoint problems accurately and efficiently.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Perform repairs on electrical systems, including replacing faulty wiring, switches, fuses, and other components. Regularly maintain electrical systems to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
- **Air Conditioning Service**: Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems in vehicles. This includes diagnosing and fixing issues with compressors, condensers, evaporators, refrigerant levels, and temperature controls.
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot electrical and AC problems reported by customers or discovered during inspections. Provide effective solutions to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, such as mechanics, technicians, and sales associates, to coordinate installations and provide comprehensive services to customers.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, installations, and AC services performed. Keep track of parts used and hours worked to facilitate billing and inventory management.
