Join a dynamic team as a Construction Manager and take charge of overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Experience in Construction of Industrial Buildings like Warehouses, Factories, Central Kitchens, Airport Hangers etc is a must**. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Budget and Schedule Management**: Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, and specifications, ensuring adherence to client requirements and contractual obligations.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants to foster repeat business and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- **Construction Coordination**: Coordinate all construction activities, resolve technical issues, and oversee subcontracted work to ensure timely completion and quality results.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor material delivery, quality, and installation to ensure compliance with project criteria and industry standards.
- **Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, implementing measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Reporting and Communication**: Provide regular feedback to management on project progress, budget performance, and any issues or concerns that may arise.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 15 years experience in a Contracting Company in UAE.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
