Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide a variety of salon services such as hair washing, basic styling, and preparation for treatments.
- Assist hairstylists and beauticians in organizing tools and preparing for services.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized salon area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about salon services and products.
- Assist in upselling salon products and treatments to clients.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic hair care techniques and salon procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
