Over 10+ years of IT experience, minimum 5 years experience in leading architecture and design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom domain with familiarity with different Telco CP domains, such as Network, Consumer, Enterprise, Service Delivery & Operations,
- also Telco products and services, etc.
- Experienced on IPA Tool. Certification in multiple BPM/PA tools will be an added advantage
- Architecting enterprise level automation involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs
- Framework, ITIL, etc.)
- Experience front ending client facing discussions
- Rich experience with programming (preferable in Java / NET (C#, VB, etc. V VBA/ HTML/ SQL)
- Good knowledge on SOA, two-lier, three tier Architecture deployment
- Hands-on experience in designing high level technical solutions
- Has experience in providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement, from definition phase through to implementation.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle or other industry standard ERP is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong leadership skills and Team management experience.
- Analyze business processes from the telecom domain, identify automation opportunities, and assess automation feasibility.
- Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of Client Enterprise-wide systems
- Stimulate apt design discipline to leverage Operation Models into IPA Solution Design Models
- Develop, enhance and maintain established service design procedures and processes to assure apt and robust Solution and Service design
- Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail where required.
- Work within project planning constraints, communicate identified project risks and issues to delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to change control process.
- Customer Journey identification / prioritization and re-imagination/Design
- Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation for different domains including IPA proof of concepts and creating Solution Design Document (SDD)
- Guide developers in the team to build robust automations and resolve their technical issues
- Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team
- Proficient in identifying reusable components, managing configurable parameters, queues, and Robot schedules.
