**About Us**: Shamshiry Iranian Kebab is a renowned restaurant known for delivering authentic and delicious Middle Eastern dishes. We pride ourselves on our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, offering a diverse menu that highlights the rich flavors of Iranian, Turkish, and Arabic cuisines. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes specializing in Iranian, Turkish, and Arabic cuisines.
- Develop new recipes and menus in line with our restaurant's concept.
- Train and lead kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
- Develop and refine recipes to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Utilize back-office skills to manage POS systems, inventory, costing, and recipe documentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and special dishes.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in preparing Iranian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Turkish and Arabic cuisines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in using POS systems and managing kitchen inventory.
- Strong understanding of food costing and recipe development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- **Preferably Iranian with own visa or an Arabic speaker**.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
