**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor and distribute petty cash to drivers, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments, coordinating with operations teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and petty cash accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare and file timely and accurate tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax filings.
- Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Handle voucher processing for services and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Process and manage employee salaries, ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with company policies

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in the limousine, transportation, or travel and tourism industry.
- Strong command of accounting software such as Zoho and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving payment discrepancies.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and confidentiality standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
