We are seeking an experienced **Ducting Foreman** to lead and manage ducting teams on-site, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards for HVAC and ventilation systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of ducting workers on-site, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Plan and delegate tasks to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Read and interpret HVAC and ducting drawings, blueprints, and project documents.
- Oversee the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of ducting systems for HVAC projects.
- Ensure the quality of ducting installations, including proper alignment, sealing, and insulation.
- Monitor and maintain materials, tools, and equipment required for ducting work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ducting installations on-site.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
- Report daily progress and any challenges to the Project Manager or site management team.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety protocols and best practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5-7 years of experience** in ducting and HVAC installation, with at least **3 years as a Foreman**.
- Strong understanding of ducting systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with HVAC standards, safety codes, and project requirements in the UAE.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in using tools and equipment for ductwork installation.
