**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare pizza dough by stretching and shaping it to the required size and thickness, ensuring consistency in each pizza base.
- Operate pizza ovens and other equipment like wood-fired oven safely and efficiently, monitoring cooking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to prioritize pizza orders and maintain smooth production flow during peak hours.
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely restocking and replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pizza preparation area, including cleaning utensils, work surfaces, and equipment regularly.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and adherence to hygiene practices.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing any questions or special requests related to pizza orders.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks and duties as needed, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleaning.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive and productive work environment, contributing ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in pizza preparation or a similar role in the food service industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the restaurant.
- Physical stamina and agility to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ready to join immediately
