- تنسيق العمل داخل المطعم بشكل يومي.
- الإشراف على تقديم خدمة مميزة وزيادة رضا العملاء
- التعامل بدقة مع شكاوى العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
- المراجعة المنتظمة لجودة الإنتاج وتحسين حجم المبيعات.
- وغيرها من المهام سوف يتم الاتفاق عليها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المطاعم
- القدرة على التعامل مع ضغوط العمل
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة
- شهادة في إدارة الأعمال أو مايعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية
