- To sell and provide advice on cosmetic and skin care and slimming products to patients
- To sell and recommend a suitable range of aesthetic and slimming treatments to patients.
- To provide high standard customer service to the patients.
- To manage and maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clinic
- To manage and maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the treatment rooms before and after each procedure.
- To clean-up and call the equipment used after each procedure.
- To keep track of stock levels and inform the management once stock minimum level is reached.
- To achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Assist and chaperone doctors as needed
- Substitute in front of the house as needed
- Assist with clinic administration and day-to-day activities as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min. 2 years work experience as a therapist
- Strong sales track record using combination treatments
- DHA License
- Hands-on experience in all face/body therapies
- User-level computer skills: (word, outlook, excel, and use of CRM)
- Fluency in English
- Immaculate self-presentation
- Ability to work well in a team and individuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic

Reporting:

- Clinic Manager.

Working hours
- The Clinic therapist should work not less than 40 hours per week.
- The Clinic therapist should cover 9 hours per day from Monday till Friday, including 30 to 60 minutes lunch break. Shifts may vary as per the clinic needs.
