We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our credit card services team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our credit card products over the phone. Your primary goal will be to acquire new customers, educate them on the benefits of our credit card offerings, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our credit card products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- **Customer Education**: Provide detailed information to customers about credit card terms, interest rates, rewards programs, and any promotional offers.
- **Build Rapport**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Overcome Objections**: Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing appropriate information and solutions to encourage credit card enrollment.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines during the sales process.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
