Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a creative, dynamic, and experienced Social Media Manager to join us on a freelance basis. If you have a passion for real estate, an eye for design, and a finger on the pulse of digital trends, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Must be based in Dubai and have a valid visa.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and graphic design.
- Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Additional certification in Google Analytics or Social Media Marketing is a plus.
