The Photographer at Red Fit Sports Gym is responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of club activities, events, facilities, and members to promote the club's brand and engage with its audience. The role involves creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the delivery of compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Capture photographs and videos of club events, sports activities, and facilities in accordance with brand guidelines.

2. Edit and enhance images and videos to ensure high-quality output for marketing materials, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content strategies that align with the club's brand identity and objectives.

4. Manage photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories, to maintain functionality and optimize image quality.

5. Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including photographs, videos, and graphics, for easy access and retrieval.

6. Coordinate photo shoots and video recordings with club staff, coaches, and members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of content.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies in photography and videography to continually enhance skills and innovate visual content.

8. Uphold professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines in photography, respecting the privacy and preferences of club members and guests.

9. Provide exceptional customer service to club members by promptly delivering requested photographs and videos and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

10. Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and growth of Red Fit Sports Club.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in photography and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong technical skills in operating DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography gear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing content.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate club events and activities.
- Knowledge of sports and fitness industry trends and terminology is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in photography, visual arts, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
