**Supervisor - Electrical**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff and assess their work.
- Reading and interpreting design specifications to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
- Responsible to supervise and coordinate activities of installing, repairing and inspecting electrical equipment for

compliance with government electrical codes and company standards.
- Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
- Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
- Maintain all electrical control panels in accurate function.
- Ensure that the work done by subordinates are according to the specified standard.
- Ensure that all related tools are in safe place and in working condition.
- Coordinate with other departments counterparts and ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress.
- Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.

**Competencies**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 6 - 8 years of proven work experience as Electrical Supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems associated with strong supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Country specific electrical and safety codes.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities; meet deadlines and work well

under pressure.
