**Technical Product Owner**

**DIFX is the world’s first fully insured cross-asset trading platform. This platform was created as a blockchain-based cryptocurrency and CFD exchange to bring significant and lasting change to financial markets. This ecosystem offers an all-in-one solution for Digital Currency; made to trade, invest, and stake. We have licenses from over 16 countries and currently hold 120+ employees.**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our company’s technical products. You will work closely with our development team, stakeholders, and customers to ensure that the product meets customer needs and expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the product development process, ensuring that the product is developed according to the customer’s needs and expectations.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is developed to the highest standard.
- Define and prioritize product features, ensuring that they are aligned with customer needs and company goals.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on customer and business needs.
- Ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and products that can be integrated into the company’s product line.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements, ensuring that they meet user needs and are technically feasible.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Communicate product status, key performance indicators, and upcoming releases to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Web3.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical product.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in working with the Blockchain, web3 technology and building solutions around it.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with software development teams, including software engineers and designers.
- Experience working with any of the gaming engine ( Ideally Unity ).
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend industry events, meet with customers, and work with development teams in other locations.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
