- Supervision: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on the site, ensuring that they adhere to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
- Work Assignments: Assign tasks to workers based on their skills and experience, ensuring that work is distributed evenly and completed efficiently.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to construction workers to help them perform their duties effectively and safely.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials installed by construction workers, providing feedback and guidance as needed to maintain high standards of quality.
- Resource Management: Manage the use of equipment, tools, and materials on the site, ensuring that they are utilized efficiently and maintained properly to avoid downtime or delays.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise on the site promptly, seeking input from project supervisors or managers as needed to resolve them effectively.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work hours, materials used, and progress made, to assist with project reporting and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations on the site, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards or risks
