- Prepares reports. Handles phone calls and enquiries
- Document control for small live operational projects
- Operational and Maintenance Manuals
- Design administration
- Attending calls and assigning works to corresponding department/team

A friendly and confident personality.
- Smart appearance.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to be polite but firm when dealing with different kinds of people. Good organisational skills.
- Good IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
