As a Business Development Executive specializing in Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with prospective clients who are seeking to enhance their digital presence. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies will enable you to effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor solutions to meet clients' specific needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs. Present our range of services in a consultative manner, highlighting how we can provide solutions that drive tangible results.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create tailored proposals and strategies that align with clients' objectives. Leverage your understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices to develop compelling solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Act as a point of contact to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements to close deals that are mutually beneficial. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Use this knowledge to position as a leader in the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and trends.
