**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Develop work plans and schedules for precast concrete production activities.
Coordinate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

**Supervision and Leadership**:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of precast workers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

**Quality Control**:Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the precast concrete production process.
Conduct inspections to ensure that precast elements meet design specifications and industry standards.
Address and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.

**Safety Compliance**:Enforce and promote a culture of safety among the precast team.
Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

**Equipment Maintenance**:Oversee the maintenance and operation of precast production equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment efficiency.

**Communication**:Maintain open and clear communication with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and on-site personnel.
Report regularly on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Address any concerns or issues raised by the project team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Precast Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of precast concrete production processes and techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
