Whr Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of WHR systems, implementing improvements and adjustments as needed to maximize energy recovery. Monitor power production from the WHR systems and make necessary adjustments for optimization. Keep track of water consumption for boilers and cooling towers to promote efficient water management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to WHR system performance,

maintenance activities, and energy savings.
- Helps in Analyzing data related to energy consumption, waste heat potential, and

system efficiency to make informed decisions for process optimization.
- Address and troubleshoot technical problems related to waste heat recovery systems.

Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for WHR systems to minimize
downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and guidance to operational staff such as helpers and attendants to

ensure safe and efficient operation of waste heat recovery systems.
- Conduct testing of water samples from cooling tower and boiler systems to ensure water

quality and adherence to standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance of plant cleanliness, ensuring a tidy and organized work

environment.
- Assess in Overseeing the installation and commissioning of waste heat recovery systems

and improvements, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the cement
production process.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of overall experience in similar role
