**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the design and production units to gain a comprehensive understanding of upholstery specifications for a range of furniture, with a primary focus on sofas.
- Expertly upholster sofas and other furniture pieces in accordance with precise design directives, ensuring meticulous measurements, impeccable fit, and precise alignment.
- Utilize a diverse array of upholstery tools and equipment, including sewing machines, staple guns, and manual implements, to execute tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Select suitable upholstery materials such as fabrics, leather, or other têxtiles, considering factors such as durability, visual appeal, and client preferences.
- Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship by executing flawless stitching, meticulous pattern matching, and superior overall finishing.
- Perform fabric cutting, sewing, and attachment techniques with finesse, resulting in seamless and visually captivating upholstery.
- Assist in maintaining a meticulously organized inventory of upholstery materials and supplies, offering recommendations for replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve any unforeseen challenges arising during the upholstery process.
- Adhere diligently to established safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized workspace environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience as a Sofa Upholster or in a comparable role, preferably within the furniture manufacturing or upholstery sector.
- Familiarity with a diverse range of upholstery materials, encompassing fabrics, leather, foam, and padding.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for precision and aesthetic finesse.
- Adeptness in operating a spectrum of upholstery tools and machinery, coupled with a strong commitment to safety.
- Effective communication skills, enabling productive collaboration with multifunctional teams.
- A creative problem solver, proficient at addressing unanticipated challenges that may surface during the upholstery process.
- Possession of physical stamina and manual dexterity conducive to executing upholstery tasks adeptly.
- Knowledge of furniture design and construction methodologies is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in upholstery would be considered a valuable asset.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
