UAE Dubai based Chocolate Café looking to hire chocolatier who combines both a **passion for art and a love for chocolate** to concoct attractive and delicious chocolate treats for delighted consumers.

- One shot depositor experience

- Chocolate machines understanding
- Chocolate suppliers’ familiarity
- cleaning and packing

**Job Requirement**:

- Supervise the preparation of chocolate process with quality standards
- Prepare wide variety of chocolate flavors
- Creative in developing distinct recipes and chocolate innovation
- Decorate and present Chocolate in tasteful and beautiful way
- Identify staffing needs and help recruit new personnel when needed
- Develop new seasonal chocolate recipes and menus and keep with latest trends
- Meet with customers to discuss custom-made chocolate for special occasions and create customized products
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment for daily operations
- Ensure the chocolate making adheres to health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Culinary & Pastry Service management or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in chocolate making and taste
- Artistic flair and strong visualization
- Experience in similar role within busy environment
- Interest in Chocolate, desserts and latest sweet trends
- Adhere to high quality ingredients
- Attention to details
- Innovation & creativity

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- chocolate making: 2 years (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
