**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for the team and for the smooth running of the Café throughout the shifts.
- ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers, other staff
- Know how to establish and communicate performance standards and expectations using behavioral terms
- Know how to establish work plans that include performance and professional development goals.
- Aligning individual performance expectations with organizational goals
- Providing assistance, guidance, and coaching support as needed
- Conducting inspections of the restaurant kitchen and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained.

**Qualifications & Education**:

- Minimum High School degree
- 2 to 4 Years of Experience as Café Supervisor in Specialty Coffee
- Prior work experience as a Café Supervisor, or a similar position in the Hospitality industry.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Strong Decision Making skills
- Native Arabic speaking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
