 Job Responsibilities

1. ** Customer reception**: Receive visiting customers, and provide a detailed introduction of new energy vehicle products and consulting services.

2. ** Demand analysis**: Understand customer needs, and recommend suitable new energy vehicle models and configurations.

3. ** Test drive arrangement**: Organize and accompany customers on test drives, and answer customers' questions during the test drive.

4. ** Sales achievement**: Responsible for the signing of sales contracts and follow up the delivery process of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. ** Market development ** : actively explore the market, develop potential customers, expand sales channels.

6. ** After-sales service ** : Follow up customers' after-sales service needs, maintain good customer relations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. ** Market research ** : Collect and analyze market information and competitors, provide market feedback and suggestions.

8. ** Target completion ** : Set and complete personal sales targets and tasks, and submit sales reports regularly.

 Qualifications

1. ** Education requirements ** : College degree or above, marketing, automotive engineering and other related majors preferred.

2. ** Work experience ** : Experience in new energy vehicles or auto sales is preferred.

3. ** Skill Requirements **:

- Good communication skills in Arabic and English;
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
- Familiar with new energy vehicle technology and market dynamics;
- Have a driving license and be proficient in driving;
4. ** Personality traits ** : Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of teamwork, able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

5. ** Other requirements ** : Good image and temperament, with affinity, can adapt to high intensity work pace.

 Salary and benefits

1. ** Basic salary ** : Negotiable according to work experience and ability.

2. ** Sales commission ** : Based on sales performance commission system, competitive income level.

4. Technical knowledge ** : Have a deep understanding of the technical characteristics and advantages of new energy vehicles, and can explain and demonstrate in detail to customers.

5. ** Service awareness ** : Emphasize customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
