- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Respond to inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
- Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports, review reports monthly with management
- Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed
- RFQ, RFP, LPO, Invoice, DN, Performa Invoice, LTO LTR knowledge and able to process in ODOO software
- Research potential vendors
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Any function/ task assigns by Purchase Manager or by Management

**Must have**:

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchase, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Construction logistics (Warehouse & Transportation)
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- Familiarity with SAP enterprise resource planning software, Odoo will be a plus.
- Physical ability to lift weight and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Prevoius contracting company experience is a must.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
