Hiring for an English/Arabic Speaking Customer Service/Admin-HR at the Flower Shop
1) In charge at the front desk and assist with customers queries.
2) Coordinate for the AMC contract renewals, other contract renewals, and warehouse maintenance.
3) Monitor HR documents, leave entitlement, lieue-off, attendance, staff insurance, and organize year-end staff activities. Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, MOHRE contract, Tawjeeh training, and Emirates ID. Arrange to hire part-timer during peak season.
4) Check the monthly invoices for approval from the manager, then submit them to accounts for payment.
5) Prepare invoices for the clients for approval from the manager and submit to accounts.
6) Handle the petty cash
7) Monitor and update the customer lists in the system.
8) Inputs all the work orders of events, weekly arrangements, bouquets and others
9) Handles the workshops, make the schedule monthly for all the events and workshop, coordinate with the instructor for the workshops and bookings
10) Assist the manager for other required work.
